One-on-one health sessions include an initial evaluation to assess areas you’d like to work on or learn about. Together we will create a customized program for you that incorporate both short and long-term goals. Tailored “just for you” health empowerment suggestions may include:

- Mind-body practices
Sessions can be purchased individually or as a package. in person, phone and Skype options are available. In addition, email support between sessions, recipes and resources are offered.
